Summary of the route: The explanation is from south to north, but the rider may go in both directions – from Kibbutz Tze’elim to Be’eri or vice versa..
From Tze’elim tower, ride adjacent to Road 222 towards the Tze’elim Junction, turn left to HaBsor Stream and cross to the other side; at the fork, turn left and ride along the banks of the stream and back on track.
Around HaBsor Reservoirs, go up a little from the stream for a scenic ride and come back down. A little after Sharuhen Mound, go up from the stream again and enter HaBsor Park (Eshkol). Continue on the British railway bridge and cross the stream. Continue riding along the stream and near the Nirim reservoir, cross Road 232 under the bridge and go to the Gama campsite. Continue down the stream towards Re’im and climb up the red single track toward Be’eri.
The route is well-marked with milestones. Points of interest: The Gama Mound, a lake in the reserve forest, Eshkol Park, Sharuhen Mound, the Tubes Bridge, the Suspension Bridge, the water reservoirs and the observation tower.
