Summary of the trip area: Nahal Gerar (Gerar Stream) crosses the entire Northern Negev from the Lahav forest to the sea. On the way, it passes through several springs that supply water all year long, around which stretches the pleasant Sharsheret park, with its large variety of flora and fauna, especially noticeable in the winter and spring seasons. Single riding is in the marked direction – clockwise.
Summary of the route: The single track starts from the parking lot on the southern bank of Nahal Gerer (Gerar Stream), between the ravines and the trees. After about 3 km, the single track leaves the forest and splits to the right with the green marking for the short route; or left to the long blue route. The trail passes through plains, views of fields, high loess walls and along the Gerer Stream channel.
