\nOver time, he opened a nursery that became one of the leading nurseries in the area. At the nursery, you can find fruit trees such as: mango, avocado, 20 types of citrus, lychee, and various palm trees.<\/p>\n
He always kept his passion for wine as a personal hobby, until he received an inner calling to take this hobby, in which he had already developed expertise, beyond the boundaries of his private home. Vito's fermentation method is revolutionary, as he ferments the must longer than other wineries to produce a unique and special wine – a process that few others use.
