Violeta - Coloring Dreams In the magical landscape of Shokeda, between fields and sky, we've opened a handicraft studio. Working with clay, creating tools, Serving coffee and cake for all our guests. We also hold workshops for all ages. Our door is open. We're waiting for you! Our studio is open seven days a week, for classes, workshops and sales. You can book your one-time coloring workshop, or a series of workshops, so you can also create your own tools. Our workshops will make you feel the joy of creativity, and the openness of nature. Once you're finished, your tools will remain in the workshop for one more firing in our kiln, after which they will be returned to you. Adenium Nursery by Rina and Danny Mor Cultivation, training and sale of the adenium plant (desert rose) Adenium Obesum ("Desert Rose") Adenium is a desert flower of the oleander family, native to the deserts of the Middle East, the Arabian Peninsula and East Africa. Due to its origin, it is resistant to heat and does not need much hydration, but it is susceptible to cold and excess water. In our country it blooms from spring to late summer. Ideally, it should be grown in a pot because, in winter, it should be moved to a place protected from rain and humidity. The root of the Adenium Obesum is bottle-shaped, which helps with the efficient storage of the little water the plant gets in the desert. Its large flowers are pink, crimson, red and white. In our nursery, you can learn about all growing stages, starting with the sowing, how the tender sprouts and seedlings are handled, watering and fertilizing, transferring seedlings from small to large pots, and how to root plant cuttings. Alumim Rural Accommodation offers rustic style accommodation for the religious community, for Shabbat, Holidays and weekdays; for individuals, families and groups. 20 spacious, well-kept, well-decorated and air-conditioned vacation apartments with 1 or 2 rooms are offered, including a kitchenette and TV. The accommodations are located at the heart of the kibbutz, concentrated in one area, surrounded by well-groomed lawns, flowers and many delightful corners. Strictly kosher (Mehadrin) meals are served in the kibbutz dining room. There is a properly maintained synagogue and nearby a Bet Midrash, featuring an extensive library where you can hold a private minyan.

Yoav Rozen, a carpenter and wood artist, opened the "Hapundak" - a place that blends great music and fine dining, in the delightful, rustic atmosphere of Nir Akiva's lush, green, open fields. Hapundak's signature dish is the handmade pizza in a wood-burning oven that Yoav built from mud and bricks. The pizzas are made from high-quality dough Yoav prepares himself with great passion, after learning and experimenting in numerous dough workshops. The fresh toppings are original and made from ingredients grown in Yoav's and Elinor's vegetable patch. The place serves as a meeting point for friends, and families with children, for whom we built swings, family games, a sandbox complex and an intimate concert area.
