Esev Bar – Farm to Plate





We are a culinary, agricultural, and tourism-focused business operating in the Gaza Envelope region, grounded in a true farm-to-table philosophy.
Our kitchen relies exclusively on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, grown in the fields of the region and purchased directly from local farmers — some of them from the very fields visible from our hosting space.
We host groups and events at our farm in Moshav Shuva, in an intimate setting built from wood and stone, surrounded by seating areas, a fire pit, and open views of the agricultural fields where many of our vegetables are grown.
We place special emphasis on a calm hospitality experience, connected to the land, the rhythm of nature, and meaningful human encounters.
In addition, “Esev Bar” (Wild Herb) offers private chef services and outdoor culinary productions, delivered at the client’s location, as well as full-day guided tours in the Gaza Envelope region that include meals and encounters with local producers and businesses.
These tours highlight the story of growth and resilience of the region’s people, agriculture, and community — experienced through food, land, and personal connection.
