Shabbat - closed. My name is Roded. About 20 years ago, I graduated from Tadmor and proceeded on to nutrition studies. I provided professional culinary advice and actively participated in the establishment of new restaurants and catering businesses. After several years as a chef for hotels and luxury restaurants in Eilat (for example, the Harrods Hotel), I decided to take my passion for cooking and set out on my own. That is how Gato Italiano restaurant was born and has flourished for 9 years. My cooking style is a fusion between gourmet and rustic - a combination of historic dishes and contemporary cuisine trends. It is characterized by fine, fresh raw materials with high nutritional value, some of which even come from my vegetable patch. The workshops are held in Moshav Sharsheret in the South. Other services are available from the Northern Negev to the center of Israel.

An agricultural attraction for the whole family "Katifli" is a particularly friendly experience for families with children, where you can enjoy foraging and gathering various unique vegetables - colorful carrots, potatoes, cherry tomatoes to eat on-site, spinach, Swiss chard, 4 types of mint, extremely hot peppers, lettuce, baby leaves and herbs! You are welcome to visit, smell, taste, pick and go home smiling, with full bellies, baskets and hearts! For this entrance fee each family receives a basket they can fill with root vegetables. Additional baskets can be purchased on-site and taken home.  

A natural space for gatherings. A gathering space in a country-style and unique atmosphere, built by the hands of the hosts, with natural materials - soil and love. In the accommodation complex there is a round studio house, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a bathroom and a shower and another pleasant accommodation unit. There are shaded seating areas, a bonfire area and a barbecue. The entire space can be rented for private use: workshops, retreats, small events, etc. Suitable for daily hosting up to 25 people. The Urim guest house offers pampering and spacious guest rooms. Kibbutz Urim is at the north end of the western Negev and borders Eshkol Park. With spectacular desert views, the landscape is suitable for cycling, jeeps, all-terrain vehicles and horse riding. Kibbutz Urim offers a horse ranch and stables, a cactus garden, pampering treatments by appointment and an artist gallery. There are 39 vacation units in five separate complexes, suitable for families, groups, couples and individuals, in different-sized, fully-equipped rooms. 4 of these units can sleep families with up to 3 children. There is one luxurious suite with a bathroom and a hot tub (jacuzzi); There are also 2 large units with 3 wooden beds and a pull-out bed, suitable for couples + 2 children. There are also double rooms... all units, except the 4 units on the second floor, are on the ground floor and are accessible to people with disabilities and the elderly. Guest rooms are pleasantly furnished for maximum comfort, equipped with overhead air conditioner, wardrobe, wooden beds, designed and comfortable bathrooms with all necessary amenities, TV, high-speed Internet, WI-FI, kitchenette with electric kettle, electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee, tea, milk, etc.

Japanese-style accommodation at Moshav Ein HaBasor – two well-appointed and luxurious guestrooms. Once you pass through the gate and cross the Japanese garden with the trickling sounds of water, and leave your shoes outside the guesthouse, you will also have to leave behind the everyday world in favor of a world that is all peace and serenity. The well-cultivated Ein HaBasor Moshav is located near the HaBasor Stream, where we have created two romantic guestrooms to accommodate couples.

Near HaBsor Stream in Ein HaBsor are the Herb Farm guest houses. Three guest houses and a new wooden hut designed and built for you with an artistic and loving hand. The unique furniture is made of natural wood with spectacular handiwork. Ours is a popular meeting place both before and after the ride to organize, exchange stories and meet riders from all over Israel. Our coffee is freshly roasted and ground on-site, its unique flavor specifically chosen to match the place and the clientele. Here you'll also find a selection of hearty sandwiches to replenish much-needed carbohydrates and proteins  after the effort of cycling, as well as  a selection of toasts, popsicles, ice cream, and various snacks and energy bars. Need to work on your laptop? We offer free wi-fi indoors and outdoors, even in the heart of the grove, with an atmosphere that beats any neighborhood café. We also sell various brands of isotonic drinks, as powdered concentrate and as ready-to-drink bottled beverages. Our snack bar offers cheeses produced by the "Be'eri Dairy" - a small, high-quality, award-winning dairy farm, as well as locally produced quality Jojoba oil.
